Everything below reflects the current release (v1.1.1). Install to first tracked answers is typically under fifteen minutes.
You need WordPress 6.0+ on PHP 7.4+, an administrator login, and the plugin zip plus licence key from your purchase email. Installation never touches your theme or content.
In wp-admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip from your purchase email, install and activate. Run one edition only.
Open the Licence screen and paste your key. Unlicensed, tracking runs and AI suggestions pause; your data is kept safe.
In Settings, add the names AI answers should be checked for — your brand, product names, common misspellings and your domain.
Add an API key for each provider you want to monitor: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Perplexity, xAI Grok, Mistral, DeepSeek, OpenRouter models, or local Ollama. Keys stay on your server and go only to the provider itself.
Under Visibility Tracking, add 3–5 real customer questions — "who are the best emergency electricians in Caerphilly?" — and hit Run now for your first answers.
Set the automatic schedule so questions re-run and the history builds itself — mentions, citations and share of voice over time.
Score any page from the editor metabox or the GEO column on the pages list — a score out of 100 with specific recommendations.
The screens you'll actually live in.
Brand mention rate, answers analysed, active providers, share of voice by provider and the trend over time. Mentions and citations are tracked separately.
Open its GEO analysis: answer-first opening, JSON-LD, heading structure, question headings, FAQs, citable facts, lists/tables, depth, meta description, freshness, entity clarity, canonicals — fix what's flagged, rescan, watch the score.
Generate page-specific improvement suggestions using your chosen provider — grounded in that page's actual analysis.
Allow or restrict recognised AI bots (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, Apple, Amazon, Meta, ByteDance, Cohere, Common Crawl) for answering, browsing, grounding and training.
Generate and serve the file automatically: business introduction, key pages, recent content, and what your site is about. Review it after big content changes.
Tracking requests are small; a typical question set costs pennies per run on your own keys. Fewer providers or a slower schedule cuts spend further.
